LAX → NRT Business November 2026–February 2027

Los Angeles to Tokyo in Singapore Airlines Business for 114K Miles

Los Angeles (LAX) to Tokyo (NRT), Business, One Way.

Singapore Airlines' nonstop LAX–Tokyo Narita flight was bookable in business class for 114,000 KrisFlyer miles one-way plus $6 in taxes. The same seat was selling for about $3,613 in cash, which works out to 3.16 cents per mile. Saver space was best November through February, with a thinner run in August and September. This one was one-way only at the 114K rate — the return priced at 148K "Advantage" — and it's no longer live.

  1. Open a free KrisFlyer account at singaporeair.com. You can't search award space without one, and brand-new accounts sometimes slow transfers down, so do this first.

  2. Choose "Redeem flights" and set the cabin to Business.

  3. Tick the "one-way" checkbox inside the date picker. Searching one direction at a time is far easier than fighting the round-trip calendar.

  4. Enter your full passenger count, then search the exact dates you want. Award space is priced per seat, so a 2-passenger search hides any date with only one seat left.

  5. Look for confirmed "Saver" space at 114,000 miles. Skip anything labeled "Waitlist" — those are not confirmed seats and aren't worth transferring points for.

  6. Only move points in once you can see live Saver space on your dates. Amex and Capital One are usually instant; Chase and Citi take 1–2 days.
