Log in, open the Flight Awards tab, then choose Award Reservation.
Select the One way tab and tick "Compare seat availability +/- 3 days" so you can see a wider window at once.
Set the cabin to Business and search your departure city to WAW, KRK, or RZE.
Confirm the seats are there, then transfer from Amex Membership Rewards. Budget 48 hours for the transfer to land before you can ticket.
